The recipient is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or another body, to which the personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. However, public authorities may receive it personally.

Further, only the email ID of the subscribers is taken to share daily newsletters on their email and their email IDs are not disclosed to anyone.
