Mieruko-chan Episode 9 Recap

Zen Toono Appearance

Zen Toono makes an appearance once again. He is the guy who went to adopt the cat from Hana. But, in episode 9- he comes out to be the substitute teacher in Miko’s class. However, Miko has a bad feeling about him. She cannot open up to anyone and is trying to find out more about this supposedly suspicious Zen Toono.

Miko sees handprints on the windows where the teacher is passing through. She gets freaked out and ends up in the bathroom where she has to encounter yet another of the scary spirits. But, she sees Yulia eating lunch in a cubicle, and takes her to Hana. The three eat lunch together.

The Haunted House

The second half is rather wholesome. The trio makes their way to a haunted house. Hana wants to get her hands on some doughnuts which are the winning prize. In the haunted house, Miko pretends to be scared. She realises this is the one place where she can scream freely, and even run away.

Yulia realises Miko is laughing and gets all aware. Miko lets out all of her screams and feels that she can let out her true form here. These ghosts are not real, and she is allowed to get as much scared as she wants. She lets go of her calm composure and screams along with the three others.

In the end, there is a real ghost, and Miko realises this one is real. They end up getting the doughnuts as the prize, and Miko gets in touch with her real emotions. They get some good time along with each and other.

Will Mieruko-Chan finally find out the secret behind her homeroom teacher in Mieruko-Chan Episode 10? How many more spirits is it gonna take her to finally lose her calm composure? Get to know the answers to all of these in the next episode. Till then follow up on My Hero Academia Vigilantes Chapter 115.
